New Release: Dark Crisis 4
As you probably know by now, Booster Gold does make a small cameo appearance in this week's Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #4.

Seeing that panel reminded me of another time Booster and Beetle had to save some someone from a tornado, specifically the Red Tornado in Justice League Unlimited #13 (2005).

Of course, that's hardly the first time that Red Tornado ran amok. Booster and Beetle first teamed up against him in Captain Atom #16 (1988). But he wasn't creating tornadoes, then. He was creating hurricanes. So totally different thing.
I guess the point here is that if there's a disaster, natural or otherwise, you can count on Booster Gold and friends to help out.

New Old Release: Dark Crisis 1 Second Printing
DC released the second printings of Dark Crisis #1 through #3 this week with the series' new title, Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths.

I'm certain that Booster Gold is in that book's story. What I can't yet say for certain is whether he is on that cover.
He is on the back of that Daniel Sampere wraparound cover of the less "Infinite" first printing, and he'll be on the back of the third printing this October with the original Crisis on Infinite Earths-inspired title logo pictured here:

But the question remains, does the second printing use both sides of the Sampere wraparound cover? The solicitation text isn't clear, and sadly, try as I might, I can't flip over any of the digital images I can find online to see the back.
So if anyone discovers a copy at their Local Comic Shop and can definitively answer the most important question of our times, please let me know so that I can update Boosterrific.com accordingly. Thank you!
UPDATE: Joe Carlo, owner or Monday's awesome gif, has confirmed this is also a Boosterrific wraparound cover. Thanks, Joe!

New Release: Tales of the Human Target 1
Tales of the Human Target #1 (of 1) will be available tomorrow at your Local Comic Shop. According to the solicitation text:
Chance teams up with fan-favorite members of the JLI in four connecting mysteries that lead them to that fateful day when one them will kill the Human Target.
Taken literally, that means that the Big Bad of the series is one of the JLI characters featured in the issue, either Fire, Ice, Guy Gardner, or Booster Gold. DC played this same "one of these heroes is a murderer!" with Tom King's Heroes in Crisis in 2018 and have done nothing but bend over backwards to undo it ever since. Glad to see they've learned a lesson from that debacle.
(To be fair to King, he doesn't write the solicitation text. He just, you know, makes heroes into murderers.)
As usual, the stars of a Tom King project are the amazing visual artists DC teams with him. In this case, it's Kevin Maguire and Alex Sinclair on the Booster story, but you can see Greg Smallwood also gets a chance to draw Gold in the issue preview at AIPTComics.com.
As if that wasn't enough great art, keep in mind that a piece of Booster appears on the David Marquez open order variant Cover B.

Yeah, I'm certainly not going to complain about that.
Buy this issue and make Skeets happy.

New Release: DC Vs. Vampires: All-Out War 2
When I started this website to track all adventures of the superhero Booster Gold, I didn't think I was going to have to spend so much time typing about vampires. I mean, I thought Blue and Gold had defeated the DCU's last vampire in 1989 (in the "immortal" Justice League International #25).

But who can predict the future? (Especially in the DCU. Its reboots have reboots.)
Anyway, DC Vs. Vampires: All-Out War #2 is at your Local Comic Shop now. Booster Gold is definitely in it, as you can see in the preview at AIPT.com.
Booster's also on the cover. One of them, anyway. As noted back in May, Booster is prominently featured on the 1:25 James Stokoe retailer incentive variant cover. You might have to find that one on eBay.
But wait! There's more!
Booster booster Logan Peterson dropped me a line to say, "it looks like Booster appears in this week's Aquaman and the Flash: Voidsong #3." On page 30, to be specific.

That is not an appearance I would have spotted without assistance, Logan. Thank you!
Buy a Booster Gold comic and make Skeets happy.

New Release: Dark Crisis 3
Whether you're chasing the Ethan Young 1:50 incentive variant cover or you're satisfied with one of the more affordable, Booster-less covers for this week's Dark Crisis #3, you'll want to know that our hero does get a small taste of the action inside:

It might surprise you that this is actually Booster's first meeting with all three of these villains. Raptor is relatively new to the DCU, but Crazy Quilt and Key have each been pestering DC's heroes for over half a century.
Personally, I admire their stick-to-it-iveness, if only because it means they've finally gotten their chance to have their butts kicked by Blue and Gold!
Buy any cover of this issue and make Skeets happy.
