New Release: Action Comics Dan Jurgens Vol 2
Superman: Action Comics by Dan Jurgens Omnibus Vol. 2 is now available at, well, I'm not sure exactly. Maybe your Local Comic Shop. More probably your Local Book Store. I mean, the thing is big, 736 pages big. With a $100 cover price, that comes out to just over 13¢ per page.
You'll be getting a lot of Booster Gold for your buck. This hardcover is advertised to reprint 29 comic books between Action Comics #976 and #1053 plus The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special.* Booster Gold appears in 9 of those. That's about 31% pure Gold. Enjoy!
*Technically, The Death of Superman 30th Anniversary Special isn't an Action comic. The "death" actually occurs in Superman #75, so if it was up to me, I'd have titled this Superman and Action Comics by Dan Jurgens Omnibus Vol. 2. But I'm sure they had their reasons; DC does love their colons.

New Release: Action Comics 1099
Booster Gold's adventures continue today in Action Comics #1099. This will be the fourth entry in Mark Waid's story taking three Super Buddies (Booster Gold, Martian Manhunter, Mary Marvel) back in time to have adventures with Superman-When-He-Was-A-Boy.
My favorite part of this series is learning just how much its artists look up to Booster Gold!

Action Comics #1099 Cover A
I like that everyone — sorry, Manhunter — almost everyone took the time out from saving Superman's history to get haircuts. You gotta look sharp for your moment in the spotlight.
Buy this issue and make Skeets happy.
UPDATE: As you can read in the comments, pigeon and EJ have pointed out that Booster Gold (or at least a simulacrum of his costume) also appear in Justice League Dream Girls - A DC Pride Event #2 and Green Lantern Corps #17. Thanks for pointing those out!

Absence Makes the Heart Grow Stronger
I'm looking at the weekly ship list for tomorrow, and I'm not seeing any likely Booster Gold content. After the flurry of activity of that latest event series whose name I will not repeat, it still feels weird to have several weeks pass with no new Booster Gold appearance in a DC comic book. Action Comics #1099, with Booster on the cover, is still on schedule to ship next week, so we just have to be patient.
Speaking of that unnamed series and patience, did we ever find out the real identity of the masked secret character "Legend" from last year's Justice League: Dark Tomorrow Special #1 that had Booster Gold on all the covers? Or get an answer to why Skeets has been MIA (other than the continuity-dubious ECW tie-in) since Challengers of the Unknown #5? We are going to get answers to those questions one day, right? Right?

New Release: Action Comics 1098
As if there was any doubt after the last two issues, today's Action Comics #1098 definitely has plenty of Booster Gold in it, as proven by the issue preview at AIPTComics.com.
Buy this issue and make Skeets happy.

No New Releases
After the blitz of Booster Gold appearances over the past few months, it seems strange to say that for the second week in a row I don't expect any new releases tomorrow that might have Booster Gold in them.
(Last week, when I walked into my Local Comic Shop to buy some bags and boards, the Guy Behind the Counter said "I always get worried when you come in on days I know we didn't pull anything for you." I need even more bags and boards this week, but maybe I should wait until next week when Action Comics #1098 comes out to go back. Life is stressful enough without disgruntled Booster Gold fans ruining your day.)
If anyone does spot Booster somewhere, please let me know.
