Looking for Booster Gold content this week? Well, you're in luck! Our hero is on the two-page spread of Infinite Frontier #4:

Ok, technically, that's a hologram of Booster Gold, but that still counts, right? Right?

The highlight of the panel, in my opinion, is Mister Bones' assessment of what/who he considers a threat to the Multiverse.

"Our world is constantly under attack. Often it's people from here."

Booster being included among that group is funny because it's true, or at least it was true for a younger, rasher Booster Gold. Given that neither Old Booster nor Rip Hunter are pictured as known threats, I take this as evidence that Booster's modern, public "screw-up" persona is successfully disguising his "real" work as a protector of the Multiverse. It's a rough job, but somebody's gotta do it.

This is just a cameo appearance, so Skeets will forgive you if you don't buy it. (But if you do chose to buy it, it will make Skeets happy.)

Booster Gold rides in with the cavalry in this week's Justice League #66!

It's a cameo appearance, sure, but the book ends on a cliffhanger that promises more action to come. Maybe Booster will have a bigger part in the next issue? (If he's lucky, he may even get a whole line of dialog!)

And while we're on the subject of brief appearances, perhaps you'll recall that last week Booster's Gold's hair made a cameo in Teen Titans Academy #5? DC must have liked that, because this week they put Booster's hair in all of their books:

Director Bones enjoys running his fingers through Booster's hair.

This is the fourth weekly variant "Multiversal Monitors" house ad promoting the "Infinite Frontier" era. Each consecutive edition has retained and shuffled some images from the week before. In this case, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle are still on screen, relocated behind Director Bones where only Booster's hair is visible.

Booster should move quickly to capitalize on all the exposure his scalp is getting. If Dirk Davis was still his manager, I'm sure he'd be in television commercials for Mane 'n Tail by now.

I wouldn't normally mention a new release until Wednesday, but we've been waiting since 1988 for this one so a day-and-date announcement feels warranted.

The Justice League Unlimited returns to your Local Comic Shop today for their first new adventure since 2008 in Justice League Infinity #1.

The issue is co-written by Justice League International scribe J.M. DeMatteis, so you just know there are going to be some old-fashioned Blue and Gold antics.

I say let him eat cake!

Justice League Infinity is only a seven-issue mini-series, but if that's not enough Justice League Unlimited for you, DC has also released a new reprint collection of old JLU comics, Justice League Unlimited: Girl Power. Despite its focus on female heroes, Booster makes small appears in two of the stories in that reprint. Some Booster Gold is always better than no Booster Gold.
