Justice League Revisited
Booster booster Steven writes
"Just listened to a podcast interview with Dan Jurgens about Booster Gold. It is the Justice League Revisited podcast with Susan Eisenberg & James Enstall. It is worth a listen."
Steven told me about that last week, and a quick Googling indicates he was talking about the episode released October 21, which they describe thusly:
Susan Eisenberg and James of Geek To Me Radio chat with the creator of Booster Gold, Dan Jurgens, to find out how he liked the
Justice League Unlimited's take on his creation as we once again cover "The Greatest Story Never Told"... [which] originally aired on September 1, 2004.
You can find the podcast on several popular sites, including creators.spotify.com.
Despite being a big fan of both Jurgens and "The Greatest Story Never Told," I have to admit that I have not yet listened myself. But don't let my personal inability to find time to listen to an hour of talk radio stop you from tuning in.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Steven.

Living in the Future
Do you have a 3D printer? Are you interested in printing your own Justice League International miniatures? Well, now you can!
Booster booster Steven Palchinski draws our attention to myminifactory.com, which is currently offering a limited-time opportunity to get your hands on the STL files (and PDF character cards) that Knight Models uses in their DC Multiverse Miniature Game. These appear to be the same models they use to create their unpainted retail miniatures, such as the the Blue Beetle and Booster Gold miniatures they released in 2018.
In addition to Blue and Gold, the sale at myminifactory.com also includes 3D printer-ready files for 107 other figures, including Batman, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Captain Marvel, and Guy Gardner. Print them at home then recreate your favorite early Justice League issues!
Thanks for the heads up, Steven.

Seven Years a Superhero
I'm a reclusive misanthrope, so I have to rely on awesome Booster boosters like Steven Palchinski to alert me when cool Booster Gold info shows up on social media, info like this post from Dan Jurgens on X:
Hmm. That would mean that Booster Gold aged about three years over the first sixteen months of Booster Gold comics, and then aged only another three-or-so years over the next nineteen years nine months of comics? That seems... too young.
But who am I to argue with Booster's creator? In the past twelve years, The New 52, DC Rebirth, and Infinite Frontier have all consecutively rewritten the history of the DCU (with occasional contributions and input from Jurgens), so if Dan Jurgens says our hero is still under 30, I guess Booster Gold is under 30 years old.
Thanks, Steven!

A Bigger Legend from Any Angle
Over the weekend, Steven Palchinski gave me even more pictures of Booster Gold from the DC Legends game, this time in Booster's "Legendary" armor!

Golly, it's weird to think that Booster's Extreme Justice look is more "legendary" than his default. I guess it's true what they say, if you wait long enough, *everything* comes back into fashion.
DC Legends is a freemium game with in-app purchases available on Android and Apple devices. Enjoy responsibly!
(Ok, you did it, Steven. These screenshots finally inspired me to get the game for myself. Legendary Booster Gold, here I come.)
