Boosterrific Review: Who knew that hell was neon green? Unfortunately this issue plays down to expectations, and all the expected cliches bear out. This is typical of the work of writer Mark Waid, whose strengths typically lie in skillful characterization not creative story ideas.
Boosterrific Rating: Gold Standard.
