ISSUE ANNOTATIONS

Page 2, panel 1
Booster Gold stands before two doctors, heavily bandaged around his torso. His right arm is missing. Despite showing no brain, heart, or lung activity and therefore being clinically dead, he is alive and walking. Surprised Justice Leaguers present for this miracle are Amazing Man II, Blue Beetle II, Crimson Fox, Elongated Man, Gypsy, Martian Manhunter, Power Girl, Ray II, Tasmanian Devil, and Wonder Woman.

Booster's doctors call Dr. Langerhans, "the best neurosurgeon in the world," to work on Booster Gold, given his bizarre medical condition.

Page 11, panel 1
A quick investigation by Elongated Man reveals that no one has died or been born since the Overmaster declared the imminent end of the world in Justice League Task Force #13. Despite the fact that Booster has no discernible vital signs, his death has been delayed by the unimaginable power of the Overmaster. Estimates indicated that worldwide in the year 1994, approximately 140,000 people die each day. Over twice that many are born. Though the Overmaster made his announcement only hours earlier, there is no doubt that the number of prevented deaths and births are already noticeably in the thousands.

Page 17, panel 4
With the assistance of the Tasmanian Devil, Blue Beetle pulls Booster from the rubble of the Justice League Headquarters. The building was accidentally laid to waste by Amazing Man during a brief battle with the Cadre II. If Booster can survive having his heart and lungs pierced, a building falling on top of him shouldn't be much of a hindrance.

ISSUE REVIEW

Boosterrific Review: As if the Justice League didn't have it's hands full with battling Overmaster's minions, dealing with Booster Gold's injuries, and the destruction of their headquarters, they suddenly find that the United Nations has unleashed the League Busters against them. Now that's pretty darn fun reading.
