This Day in History: Cameos Everywhere
New comics released on January 22, 2020:
Booster Gold had small parts in those, and, as you can read in the Boosterrific Blog post for that day, they were mostly unexpected. But at least he had a part.
Turns out that it's easier to make surprise cameo appearances in other characters' books when you actually exist in their shared universe.

New Old Release: Blue Beetle Volume 2
If you didn't pick up Blue Beetle #7 back in October 2023, now's your (second) chance as it is included in the collection Blue Beetle Volume 2: Forever Blue being released this week.
And that's all I have to say about that.

On Strike
On the day after Christmas, I told the Guy Behind the Counter at my Local Comic Shop to stop pulling any DC books for me. So long as there's no Booster Gold in the DCU, I'm not buying.
This is probably a counter-productive strategy. I wasn't buying any of the Batman-centric books, and if all they sell anymore are Bat-books, they'll only make more Bat-books because something's got to pay the bills. If that's what the future holds, well, then the future will look a lot like the past.

New Old Release: Harley Screws Up (Again)
This week, DC is releasing the paperback version of the hardback version of the Multiversity: Harley Screws Up the DCU mini-series, in which Booster Gold makes a cameo appearance for a couple of pages at the end.

And that fulfils my contractual obligation to find something new(ish) to post about Booster Gold this week.

Zeroing Out
This week DC releases its second reprint collection of Zero Hour: Crisis in Time this year, the thirtieth anniversary of its original release. That may seem like overkill, but so long as Dan Jurgens is getting his share of the reprint royalties, I'm for it.
UPDATE: Booster booster Coin has noticed that Booster Gold gets a one-panel flashback cameo appearance in today's Superwoman Special one-shot. Good catch!
