The Future's So Bright, I Gotta Wear Goggles
Boosterrific.com now has an RSS Feed. Over the weekend, the Irredeemable Shag of the exceptional Firestorm Fan requested one, and who am I to deny the Formidable Flamehead's biggest fan? You can now read Boosterrific.com every day on your favorite RSS reader. You'll find the feed at feeds.feedburner.com/boosterrific.
A side effect of the creation of the RSS feed is that the Boosterrific.com blog can now be easily exported to Twitter and Facebook. I asked way back in April 2010 if anyone could think of a good reason for the site to have such things. No one did at the time, but now that Shag supports it.... So, anyway, if it is your wont to do such things, follow Boosterriffic here on Twitter and/or here on Facebook.
Boosterrific.com: being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century one day at a time.

Don't Panic
This time, I'm warning you in advance: beginning today and continuing for the next week, there will be server maintenance behind the scenes at Boosterrific.com. This will eventually result in a server relocation which will require some down time for the site. Hopefully, the outages will be brief and limited in number.
In the meantime, if you should come to Boosterrific.com and find that you cannot get your fix of Booster Gold, take a trip over to iFanboy.com and read Jeff Reid's summary of Booster's publication history.
Or perhaps you feel you are missing out on your Dan Jurgens news? Try clicking over to Comic Book Movie.com and read nailbiter111's interview with Dan Jurgens.
Sure neither site is Boosterrific.com, but we'll all just have to make due in these trying times.

Thursday Is the New Friday
This poll wasn't as widely reported as the Iowa Republican caucus, but it was far more important! It seems that character study defeats action/adventure. This must be awards season.
Last week's poll question: ( votes)
What was 2011 missing? Skeets. Let's correct that in 2012.

New Releases: Justice League International #5
The first week of the new year brings the conclusion to the battle between the JLI and Peraxxus in Justice League International #5, or so solicitations for next month's issue would have us believe. Perhaps a more pressing question is still "who is the woman in black on the cover?"
The last time we saw the woman in black on a solicited cover, she was removed from the final product. This time she remains on the final cover (as seen on DC's The Source blog). Is she a new character to the title or an editorial oversight? Buy this issue and satisfy Skeets' curiosity.

It's Hip to Be Square
When Booster Gold was created in 1985, Nintendo was in the process of revolutionizing home video gaming. The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) had 2 KB of video RAM and a 54 color palette.
At the time that was amazing. In 2012, it's nostalgic.
