Observing Armistace/Remembrance/Veterans Day
On November 11, 1918, Private Henry Gunther was killed storming a German machine gun blockade one minute before the armistace that ended World War I. He was the last soldier known to die in combat before the end of "the war to end all war."

Panel from Booster Gold, Vol. 2, #16
It is in memory of Private Gunther and every other soldier that we now set aside November 11 as a day of remembrance for the sacrifice soldiers have made on behalf of their countries.
If you know a veteran, take the time today to thank them for their service.

Does Anyone Know What Chibi Means?
We may not have seen Booster in 135 days and counting, but rest assured he's still his boisterous, charming self.
That super deformed Booster Gold was uploaded to DeviantArt.com six years ago by artist Beau Schemery (aka hedbonstudios), but that doesn't make it any less endearing. In addition to his gallery at DeviantArt.com, you can find more of Shemery's art on his blog at beauschemery.wordpress.com.

Leftover Halloween Candy
If I put on Booster's costume, I fear I'd look less like Booster and more like an overstuffed golden sausage. No one wants that.
Last week's poll question: Have you ever worn a Booster Gold costume for Halloween? (36 votes)
So, since none of us are currently following the adventures of Booster Gold, whose adventures are we following?

Booster Gold in Batman: Arkham Origins
No, Booster Gold does not appear in Batman: Arkham Origins. What does appear in Batman: Arkham Origins, according to ComicBookCast on YouTube.com, is a reference to Blaze Comics, the fictional publishing house of Booster's DCU comic book.

Batman: Arkham Origins was released two weeks ago. If you haven't picked it up yet, maybe this will be the incentive you need to do so.

This Day in History: Five Years Already?
The older you get, the faster time seems to move.
It's been over 2 years and 2 months since the New 52 launched! And it's been 5 years to the day since DC collected Booster Gold Volume 2 #7 through #8 and #0 into the Booster Gold: Blue and Gold collected trade.
That means it has been more than five years since Booster brought Ted back through time travel. Now that I look back, I realize that it's been eight years since Countdown to Infinite Crisis #1! You think I'd be used to it by now, but no!
Man, I'm getting old.
