#TimeChallenge Needs Your Vote!
Yesterday, CaptainHeq came to the Boosterrific.com Forum pandering for votes. As he explains it:
Currently on my podcast (radiobastard.com) we're doing something called the #TimeChallenge. The end all be all battle to find the ultimate time traveler. It's the second week of the first round, Booster Gold versus Sam Beckett (from Quantum Leap but I hope I don't have to actually mention that.)
Now here's the actual deal. I NEED Booster to win this and move on to round two (and then eventually face Doctor Who, since... seriously... it's Doctor Who and he's walking through this whole thing.) After years of taking heat for Booster being my favorite superhero I've come to the source of the grassroots of time's best champion to rally some support.
I've hesitated to link to the BastardCast podcasts in the past because their potty-mouths are definitely Not Safe For Work. But I cannot deny a heartfelt plea in support of Booster Gold.
Go and give Booster Gold some love at NerdBastards.com radiobastard.com.
And if you want to listen to the BastardCast while you're over there, more power to you. You'll find the TimeChallenge segment at about the 01:35:00 mark.
UPDATE 2014-04-04: I've removed the link to the NerdBastards website that was giving some a malware warning. When I tested the link yesterday, I got no warning, but better safe than sorry. My apologies.

Winners Don't Use Drugs
If we can't get a Booster Gold comic, how about giving Skeets his own title?
Last week's poll question: Would you buy a new Booster Gold series that did not include Skeets? (50 votes)
The legalization of marijuana is a hot topic these days. The state of Colorado has approved recreational use, with governments in several other states considering following suit.
The Corporate Crusader isn't afraid of controversy and has been known to pitch for quite a few less-than-reputable products (LexCorp, Gingold® Soda, and Club JLI™ to name a few), but is the case for legalizing drugs too hot a topic even for our Golden Guardian to touch?

New Look Boosterrific
If you came in through the front door, you noticed that Boosterrific.com has a new look. If you haven't seen it yet, follow this link to take a look.
I'm retooling the site to appeal to a younger crowd of fans too young to have seen a Booster Gold comic book but love watching the tween-friendly, prime-time superheroic soap operas on the CW.
Booster Gold: he's not your father's super hero!

Berets Are Cool
Today marks the 125th anniversary of the dedication of the Eiffel Tower. I mention this mainly because it gives me an excuse to show this panel from Booster Gold, Volume 2, #1,000,000 of Skeets wearing a beret.
If Skeets has to have a new costume to join the New 52, I vote that it should be a beret.
