Pop Quiz, Hot Shot
In honor of Booster Gold's 30th anniversary, Erin of Exploring the Time Lab has compiled this insanely hard Booster Gold quiz. How many questions can you answer without digging through your long boxes?
- What was Daniel Carters' job and how good at it was he?
- Booster's twin, Michelle, never got a middle name like her brother, but she did get an initial. What was it?
- What age were twins Michael and Michelle Carter when their dad left them?
- Whose idea was it to set up a casino on KooeyKooeyKooey?
- When Max Lord returned from the dead why didn't he make Booster look bad like the rest of his teammates?
- When Rip Hunter was looking for superheroes to help him with his time travel project, Booster told him not to piss someone off. Who was it?
- Name three things that future policeman Broderick found strange/wasteful when he followed Booster Carter back in time.
- What was Dirk Davis' daughters' name?
- What did Superman think of Supernova?
- What did Batman do to let Booster know he did well against the Royal Flush gang?
I'll give you the answers when I get back from my vacation in two weeks. Enjoy! (Special thanks to Erin for letting me repost her quiz.)

Canceled Television Cavalcade
Last week's poll received a pretty even split between optimists and pessimists. That seems about right.
Last week's poll question: Will Booster Gold be the one Convergence title definitely continuing on? (42 votes)
NBC cancelled Constantine after one season of dismal ratings. The source material has been a consistent seller of comics for years, but maybe mainstream television fans don't want eclectic comic book adventures on their television networks. Maybe they only want established stars like Superman, Batman, Green Arrow, and Flash.

New Release: Justice League International #2
Back in February, Justice League International writer Ron Marz told Russ Burlingame that "I think we'll find a way to sneak [Booster Gold] in."
Booster wasn't in issue #1, so here's hoping he's in today's Convergence Justice League International #2. Skeets sure hopes so.
UPDATE 2015-05-13: Booster Gold is definitely in this issue. Kinda. Just buy it and see for yourself. (Thanks, Ron Marz!)

Secret Comic Collection Shame
Over the weekend, ObservationDeck.io9 asked its readers "What's Your Secret Comic Collection Shame?" I mention that post here mainly because the author, Wenchette, credited a Booster Gold fan for the idea. We all know Booster Gold fans have no shame!
Although the mid-90s weren't a good time for anybody.
(Some may feel it's shameful, but I've always been up front about my inexplicable affinity for Extreme Justice. If I have any regrets, it's the comics I traded away long ago. I think I'd like to have all my early 80s Marvel G.I. Joes back now, please.)

Sidekicks Are for Selfies
Hashtag "SavingPeeps":
It seems to me that if I had a flying robot sidekick, I wouldn't need to take any selfies. Skeets would already be filming me all the time.
Today's fan art comes from Anthony Wallace. Wallace has drawn a number of these animated style DC characters, and you can find them online at anthonywall.deviantart.com.
