A PAIR OF DOCS?: Looking for an opportunity to get together again, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle (and Skeets!) travel into the past. Ten years past, to be exact. They arrive on the same beach at the same time as their nine-year and ten-year younger selves who had the same idea. While our heroes may think (or pretend) it's an accident to bump into themselves, their meeting was predestined by the fact that it had already happened to their younger selves. There is no paradox in known history playing out as expected. It would only be a paradox if the older heroes didn't travel back in time to meet their younger selves.

FASHION ALERT: Both Booster and Beetle have traded in their usual costumes for corresponding sportwear (presumably from Booster's officially endorsed clothing line). Beetle's hair is thinning, and Booster has grown a handlebar mustache. Skeets, meanwhile, has also seen much better days.

The pair join several other instances of themselves drawn from throughout history to defeat the nefarious King Shark.
Boosterrific Review: Beaches, bromances, and time paradoxes, oh my! What's not to love?
