Despite having just survived an encounter against the incredibly powerful heroes of the Kingdom Come universe, Ted Kord is depressed because no one has remembered his birthday. Except someone has. An unknown someone has decorated (and booby-trapped) his room. The culprit has left a note explaining that he has "to be in too many places at once," and that "the handy thing about time travel is you can pop in for a quick visit when nobody's looking." Who could this mysterious time traveler be?

Of course, it's Booster Gold! So although Booster doesn't directly appear in this issue, he's left ample evidence that he has recently been through.
Boosterrific Review: This issue has a lot of small continuity problems -- by which I mean both the order of events from past comics, events from the previous issue, and even consistent characterization -- that keep it from being great. But it is wonderful to see Blue Beetle interact with Blue Beetle.
Boosterrific Rating: Gold Standard.
