Page 26, panel 1
Booster Gold is seen among the heroes defending the Earth from a second alien invasion fleet — a fleet of one spaceship. A miscoloring in the narrative balloon spoils the joke here, as it labels the scene as "Invasion! I" instead of the intended "Invasion! II." Heroes pictured include Animal Man, Brother Power, Captain Atom, Count Vertigo, Doctor Fate I, Doctor Light IV, Fire, Firehawk, Firestorm II, Geo-Force, Green Lantern II, Green Lantern III, Harbinger, Jade, Martian Manhunter, Mister Miracle, Negative Woman, Northwind, Obsidian, Peacemaker, Power Girl, Rocket Reds, Shade the Changing Man, Starfire, Starman V, Windfall, and Wonder Woman. Booster manages not to meet any of the Blasters in this special.
Boosterrific Review: Surprisingly little of consequence actually happens between gags in this issue resulting in an amusing, if entirely superfluous, comic book.
Boosterrific Rating: Gold Standard.
