Oh, Mary. There aren't any biplanes or dinosaurs inside the Time Stream. This is likely a reference to previous events in Booster Gold Volume 2. Booster crossed paths with World War I pilot Enemy Ace in Booster Gold #16, and his encounter with dinosaurs was teased in Booster Gold #1 and Booster Gold #1,000,000 before being realized in Booster Gold/The Flintstones Special #1 and Batman: The Brave and the Bold #13.
