Issue Notes: This issue is an anthology of stories (mostly) related to the coming of the spring season. Booster Gold appears in only one of the stories, and the page numbering in the following annotations reference pages in that story, not the entire 80-page issue. The title of the anthology, as well as the logo on one of the covers, is a reference to the villainous Legion of Doom from the 1970s Challenge of the Superfriends cartoon.
Story Notes: The title page of the issue identifies Dave Wielgosz's story as "We Just Have To Make It To Spring," but the text on the final panel of the story calls it "We Just Have To Make It Till Spring."

FIRST APPEARANCE: During a long, unrelenting winter, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle get up to shenanigans with their Earth-42 counterparts over the skies of Metropolis, necessitating the assistance of Superman, who calls this "one of the stupidest things the two of you have ever done!" I'm not so sure about that. Stealing money from the United Nations to build an island resort (in Justice League America #34) was pretty stupid.
This is the first appearance of Earth-42 Booster Gold, who is repeatedly described as "chibi." Wiktionary.com defines this to mean "a child-like character with exaggerated features, particularly in anime." It's weird that a chibi character would refer to themselves as such, because a chibi version of a chibi character would have to be all eyes.
This is Booster's only appearance in this issue.
