Issue Notes: The structure of this story is such that it is not entirely clear which Multiverse's Booster Gold appears within. There's no reason it couldn't be the Booster Gold of Earth Prime, but he addresses a group of Harley Quinns from alternate Earths (and the timeline at the end of story is not exactly the same timeline as the one at the beginning), so it remains possible that the Booster Gold seen on panel is also from an alternate Earth (or an alternate timeline).

SOLIDIFIED TIME: It is explained to Harley Quinn that the paradoxical events of this miniseries all happened because "that's what happened." Also known as fatalism, that's the first Theory of Time Travel to appear in Booster Gold's adventures. For more on fatalism, see the Boosterrific! page on Theories of Time Travel.

Booster Gold arrives in the headquarters of the Council of Quinn, a group of Harley Quinns from different universes who have united for the common goal of fixing all of Harley's "damned messes." The Harleys on the Council represent Earths 12, 24, 26, 49, 55 and whatever future timeline Old Lady Harley is from. It is not explicitly clear that this is the Booster Gold of what is currently called Earth-0, but given that the Harley Quinn who stormed out just before he arrived was the Harley of Earth-0 plus that this Bootser is clearly a Time Master (who may have given the Council of Quinn its ability to travel through time), it seems probable.

The joke about Flash smelling of Monkey Urine is a reference to the events of Multiversity: Harley Screws Up the DCU #3.

While Booster's "great little hole in the wall" is mostly a bit of wordplay on a common idiom for a small, often overlooked restaurant, it's worth noting that by the time of the Ming dynasty's improvements and extensions in the 14th century AD, the Great Wall had already been around in some form or another for about two thousand years. So yeah, it probably had a lot of holes.
