Only 19 people voted in last week's poll, but that's not the surprising part. (There was a low voter turn-out late last June/July, too. It seems it's just that time of year.) What surprised me was that all poll respondents said they would be okay with Booster Gold dating their daughter. I think it is the first unanimous poll in the past two years of questions.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't let Booster date my hypothetical daughter, I'm just surprised that everyone would. Although, I guess that I have to conceded that if you were the kind of person who would encourage your child to date someone other than a superficial celebrity with a string of questionable relationships, you probably don't visit Boosterrific.com frequently.

In related news, I'll soon be tinkering with the polls page to make it more archive-friendly, and it's time to generate some more poll questions. I'm planning on recycling some questions from the past year to see how your opinions have changed. I also plan on asking more questions about the reboot once it is underway. But if there is anything Booster-related you'd like to put to a vote, just let me know.

Booster sure thinks he is. But a better question is whether his audience thinks so. After yesterday's beach pic, it's only natural to ask if you find Booster Gold attractive.

Yes, he is a comic book character, and his personal appearance varies widely from artist to artist. But he is always young and blond and has a quarterback's physique. Booster is also always charming, funny, and even pretty smart. On the flip side, he's often flippant, selfish, and kind of a cad, at least publicly. Do all of Booster's qualities sum to a turn-on or a turn-off?

Today's Boosterrific Poll has gone Cosmopolitan and is specifically tied to this question, so speak up. I know I specifically asked the ladies, but if you're a guy, you can vote, too; there's no wrong answer here. Inquiring minds just want to know.

The polls I mentioned last week go live today! Hurray! New polls will roll out on Fridays alongside the results for the previous week's poll. The poll can be found just above the statistics on the homepage, and also on its own page of archived polls here. Now you have something to do besides read comic books all weekend! You can vote your otherwise insignificant opinion in an unscientific poll! And don't pretend like I'm the only one excited. Everyone loves polls. I promise a new one every week, at least until I run out of ideas. I'm perfectly willing to take suggestions, so if you have an idea, let me know between now and... ever.

Coding is complete for the next element to be added to Boosterrific.com: a visitor poll. The only things missing are the poll questions. Since I'm in the process of compiling, if anyone has any preferences or desires, I'll gladly take suggestions in the comments.
