I'm not sure whether you're all really excited about Chris Evans, or if you just want to see Booster Gold reach the big screen.

So not only are we getting a new Booster Gold comic in September, we're getting the opportunity to upgrade into a 3D cover. Obviously, we would have bought the issue even without the cover gimmick, so the question becomes whether or not we are excited to pay out some extra cash for a 1990s-style cover gimmick.

Futures End was all we talked about yesterday, as we were excited about the possibility of Booster Gold getting his own comic. As much as I enjoy Booster Gold, Batman Beyond, and time travel stories, Futures End still strikes me as too derivative for its own good. But then again, the whole New 52 seems like an overlong, carelessly Elseworlds story to me, so I'm guessing I'm just not the target audience.

Now for something completely different. Captain America 2 has made a mountain of money for Marvel Studios. Why does the public seems to like Marvel movies more than DC movies? Could it be because of stars like Chris Evans? You know, that guy sure would make a good Booster Gold.

While DC would never let Booster do it, I think Booster would gladly appear in a photo shoot for High Times so long as their check cleared. The only bad press is no press!

The legalization of marijuana is a hot topic these days. The state of Colorado has approved recreational use, with governments in several other states considering following suit.

The Corporate Crusader isn't afraid of controversy and has been known to pitch for quite a few less-than-reputable products (LexCorp, Gingold® Soda, and Club JLI™ to name a few), but is the case for legalizing drugs too hot a topic even for our Golden Guardian to touch?

I read the responses to this poll to say that most of you still care about what else goes on beyond the front door, even if there's not much cause to update it regularly. (Seriously, DC. We need Booster Gold more than three issues a year!)

I was re-reading "Argo," and I was reminded that we've barely seen Skeets since Flashpoint. Of course, when Geoff Johns last wrote for our hero, he reduced Skeets to a Independence Day-style plot device. Is that all DC has in mind for the best sidekick in comics history?
