Skeets, Helpful as Always
Scott Kowalchuk is the artist of The Strangers from Oni Press. The first issue of The Strangers — which postmodernbarney.com recommends as "a loving tribute to 60s TV sci-fi. Half Avengers, half Doctor Who, all weird and go-go boots" — was released FOR FREE on Free Comic Book Day.
In the midst of all the hoopla surrounding the launch of The Strangers, Kowalchuk took time to sketch Booster Gold for a commission at a recent comic book convention.
You can see a larger copy of the sketch at Scott's Snazzy Sketchblog. Thanks to Scott for sharing (and good luck with The Strangers)!

Booster Gold News from C2E2 2013
According to IGN.com, DC reps promised fans at this weekend's Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (aka C2E2) that they will soon see more Booster Gold in the DCnU. That's in addition to his current run in All-Star Western, and that sounds like good news indeed!
Also from C2E2 (but as Herbert Fung points out in the comments below, not the Chicago one — this was the Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo which is held on the same weekend) comes this Booster Gold sketch commission from Adam Hughes:
This sketch was taken home by Booster booster Herbert Fung. Thanks for sharing with us, Herbert!

This Earth-11 Blue and Gold was spotted at WonderCon 2013 last month by William Tung, who is always on the lookout for good Booster Gold cosplayers. Tung's multitude of other cosplay pics, previously spotlighted on this site here, can be found under the handle W10002 on flickr.com.

Booster Gold and Blue Beetle WonderConsplay
Blue Beetle and Booster Gold. They don't exist as a team in comics anymore, so it's a good thing we've got them in the real world now.
Check out heffbrew.com to see more of Cameron Heffernan's pics of WonderCon 2013 cosplayers, including a shockingly good Guy Gardner costume. JLI forever!
