More WonderCon 2013 Cosplay
Comic convention season is fast approaching, so get ready to grab your cameras and snap some shots of Booster Gold cosplayers!
This Earth-11 Blue and Gold was spotted at WonderCon 2013 last month by William Tung, who is always on the lookout for good Booster Gold cosplayers. Tung's multitude of other cosplay pics, previously spotlighted on this site here, can be found under the handle W10002 on flickr.com.

Booster Gold and Blue Beetle WonderConsplay
Blue Beetle and Booster Gold. They don't exist as a team in comics anymore, so it's a good thing we've got them in the real world now.
Check out heffbrew.com to see more of Cameron Heffernan's pics of WonderCon 2013 cosplayers, including a shockingly good Guy Gardner costume. JLI forever!

Dressing Up for Emerald City Comicon 2013
Booster Gold may be missing in action in the DCnU, but he's still attending comic book conventions!
The photo of the unknown cosplayer above was taken by Tony "G-Man" Guerrero at Emerald City Comicon 2013 this past weekend. It is but one of his many great pics of great cosplayers you can find online at comicvine.com.

Breaking News!
Seattle, Washington, played host to the annual Emerald City Comicon this past weekend. Fortunately for us, Comics Beat writer Todd Allen attended the "DC Comics: The New 52" panel on Friday, and liveblogged this bit of Q&A between an audience member and the panel:
Q: What happened to Booster Gold?
A: Stay tuned.
"Stay tuned"? That's an official response from the DC representatives? As reporter Kiel Phegley explains at Comic Book Resources:
A frequent joke within the room was when the panel would respond with a purposeful "Stay tuned" to fan questions as if to indicate that, yes, their picks for more revivals were on the way. Queries that earned a "stay tuned" included the possibility of an "Earth 2" spinoff series, a return of Booster Gold and a series for the Atom.
Well, that is more encouraging! I guess if we want to find out more, we'll just have to stay tuned.

Fashion in Motion
The cosplayers you are about to see will not be new to you, but hopefully these videos of their exploits will be.
This first video is from Lumberjack Films at New York Comic Con 2012. I know Aaron Wahl and his award-winning costume have been featured here twice before, but I just thought everyone might like to hear the details and see the whole costume in action. Also, in his interview in episode 33 of the Fire and Water Podcast, Dan Jurgens said that he has never seen a Booster Gold cosplayer with a flying Skeets. Someone please get this video to Mr. Jurgens' attention.
This second video by Distractotron is an assemblage of DC cosplayers from DragonCon 2012. I know that I have shown you Shelley as Booster Gold before, but there is something to be gleaned from the sheer multitude of cosplayers assembling for this photo shoot. I know that cosplayers make up a small minority of fandom, but they really represent well. Congratulations to all involved.
