Last week's poll question: Which version of Booster Gold's power suit makes the best Halloween costume? (43 votes)
When I recently acquired the Eaglemoss Booster Gold statuette it made me realize that I now have quite a collection of 3D Booster Gold figures on my bookshelf. It wasn't all that long ago that if you wanted a Booster Gold figure, you needed to be pretty skilled with clay. What a difference a half-decade makes! Now you can have the Eaglemoss statue, several Heroclix mini-figures, DC Minimates, and more than a half-dozen traditional action figures of several different scales. Wow! Other than me, who's buying all these things?

I..uh feel kind of ashamed to admit that I don't own a single one. These kind of things are usually not even sold here (except maybe Batman & co in toy stores).

I love those eaglemoss poison statues. I have at least 30 of them with Blue and Gold front and center. Though dealing with the company was a nightmare I don't recommend. My other Booster related figure is from the Justice League International line.<br /><br />I'm just really hoping DC eventually releases some kind of statue/bust/maquette of Booster. It's long overdue.

I lucked out and found one at my local grocery store in the discount toy section earlier this year. For some reason they were stocked up on DCU action figures. Got the 6-pack with booster, maxwell lord, superman, wonder woman, and 2 omacs (why no blue beetle?) for under $5 bucks. Last I checked on amazon it was selling for like $20. In hindsight I wish I would have grabbed more figures since they were so cheap but most of them were justice league unlimited. I do wish I grabbed the Doomsday one with most of the JLI.

I'm bad. I have every Booster gold and blue beetle action figure released thus far. As well as variants and of course super nova. Go team blue and gold

Doh! I accidently hit the vote button without actually placing a vote this morning when I called up the site. If you see a "blank" vote, it is likely mine. Sorry to mess up the poll results. :(

Maximillion, I thought I had built the script to ignore blank votes. Did it lock you out from voting again? I'll double check to make sure that this sort of thing won't be a problem for you (or anyone else) again.

Boosterrific, no actually now that I've visited the page later on, I can still vote. I was locked out earlier, but I didn't think to re-load the page. Thanks!

Still lazy coding on my part. I've adjusted the script. Now if you submit without voting, it won't lock you out until page refresh. Sorry for that inconvenience.

Hey, it's no problem. I was just worried that I somehow managed to botch this week's poll results. I'm relieved that I didn't!

Boosterrific, I just noticed that I am able to send another vote, despite the fact that I already voted (though I didn't do it!). Just letting you know in case it's something you want to correct.

Don't tell anyone, Max, but the poll memory is cookie based. Therefore, if you wanted to vote multiple times, you could by clearing your browser cookie cache or simply denying cookies in your browser. The site isn't capturing any data about you other than your vote. If I really wanted the system to lock you out, I'd have to start tracking all voters multiple ways in the database, and nobody wants that. (Besides the fact that it is invasive and resource intensive, determined voters could still get around it.) So re-voting is really on the honor system. I figure that no one out there would want to stuff the ballot box on a poll about Booster Gold, right?
