Super Bowl Hangover
Micheal "Booster" Carter never played in a Super Bowl, but if he had, he would no doubt have played like Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Rodgers passed for 304 yards and 3 touchdowns en route to a win. As a result of his success, Rodgers was recognized by the assembled media as the game's Most Valuable Player. Moments after being named MVP, Rodgers looked squarely into a television camera and announced to the world that he was "going to Disney World!"
A gifted star athlete turned corporate shill? That sounds a lot like Booster Gold to me.

Dan Jurgens Returns for Booster Gold #44
I know that I usually run "Gold Exchange" links on Tuesdays, but Russ Burlingame broke the news that Dan Jurgens will be returning to Booster Gold on issue #44 last night at Comic Related. I can't sit on news like that! As Burlingame himself posted in the Boosterrific.com Forum yesterday:
The Gold Exchange: So—as we've done once or twice before, last thing first: Back when it was announced you'd be leaving Booster Gold for a while to take on Time Masters: Vanishing Point, it became public knowledge after an issue of Booster Gold had "To Be Continued In..." tagged at the end. Now that story is finished and the last issue of Time Masters says "To be continued in Booster Gold #44." Will you be the one continuing your storyline in a new title here, as you did after The Tomorrow Memory?
Dan Jurgens: Yes. I'll be jumping back to Booster Gold as of issue #44, which I've just started drawing. It's good to be home!
It'll be good to have you back, Dan. You can read the whole article here.
UPDATE 02/05: FYI: Russ has posted a slightly longer version of the Comic Related "Gold Exchange" column at Newsarama that answers some questions specifically addressed here in the Boosterrific Forum. You can find that column here.

DC Releases... Spoilers?
For those who may not have picked up a copy of Time Masters: Vanishing Point #6 yet and consider reading the last two pages of a comic book to be a spoiler, stop reading this now.
For the rest of you, what is your opinion about DC releasing the last two pages of TM:VP #6 yesterday in their Source Blog? I don't think that anything much about the story was actually revealed, but I do think that perhaps DC was hasty in releasing the latest in their non-stop teasers for Flashpoint. What did DC gain by actually showing those two pages that they wouldn't have gained by saying, "teasers for Flashpoint in today's Time Masters: buy it now!" Are sales now taking a back-seat to hype at DC?

New Releases: Time Masters Vanishing Point #6
Could this be the day that finally sees the release of Time Masters: Vanishing Point #6, the long-awaited, rumored kick-off to "Flashpoint"? I'll believe it when I see it. If it does turn up on your Local Comic Shop, buy it and make Skeets happy.

A Tiny Meeting
As his way of apologizing for spoiling last Tuesday's "Gold Exchange" blog announcement with his own forum post, Mr. Chaos has provided the following cartoon for the Boosterrific Blog.

Heh. Thanks, Chaos. I'm sure that it is only a matter of time before we find this same encounter in the pages of Booster Gold.
