Find the Hidden Oject
If you aren't following Futures End but you are an obsessive Booster Gold collector (you know who you are), then remember to grab a copy of Futures End #25 at your Local Comic Shop this week. It's your first chance to get a Ryan Sook-drawn Booster Gold.
Beware: Booster is clearly visible just above the masthead, but he appears nowhere in the pages within. This isn't the first time Booster has appeared on a cover but not the pages in between. That would have been Justice League International #39 in 1990. In that case, the artist was the incomparable Adam Hughes. At least when Booster appears only on covers, the art tends to be pretty good.
(FYI: IF you aren't regularly reading Futures End, don't expect the issue to make any sense. As a stand alone issue, boy, is this thing impenetrable.)

In Living Color
I think that anyone who has been buying comics books for as long as I have has to admit that they make terrible investments.
Last week's poll question: How do you respond to news that Booster Gold v1 #1 is spiking in value? (53 votes)
Two-hour movie or 22-episode television show? Live-action or animation? What format would you like to see Warner Brothers give the Booster Gold treatment?

You Gotta Admit It's an Entertaining Movie
I bookmarked this image back in August, but I thought it was even more appropriate after Warner Brothers' announcement of their movie plans through 2020.
Guardians of the Galaxy had passed the $200 million mark by its third week of domestic release. It's now the highest grossing movie of 2014, and counting the foreign market has taken in over $730 million so far. Pretty good for a movie about a bunch of comic book characters no one had ever heard of, huh?

All the Answers You Need
Were you confused by the multiple universes seen in last month's Booster Gold: Futures End #1? What world did the A.R.G.U.S. Booster Gold come from? Does the pre-Flashpoint DCU still exist somewhere? DC might have some good news for you.
Yesterday, DC announced the coming of The Multiversity Guidebook #1.
THE MULTIVERSITY GUIDEBOOK #1
Written by GRANT MORRISON
Art by NICOLA SCOTT, GARY FRANK, KLAUS JANSON, CAMERON STEWART, DAN JURGENS, CHRIS SPROUSE, BEN OLIVER and others
On sale JANUARY 21 • 80 pg, FC, $7.99 US • RATED T
The guidebook to the greatest adventure in DC's history is here! With a detailed concordance featuring each of the 52 worlds in the Multiverse, a complete history of DC Comics' universe-shattering "Crisis" events, a map of all known existence, AND an action-packed dual adventure starring Kamandi of Earth-51 alongside the post-apocalyptic Atomic Knight Batman of Earth-17 and chibi Batman of Earth-42, this 80-page mountain of MULTIVERSITY madness cannot be missed!
The MULTIVERSITY GUIDEBOOK contains everything you ever wanted to know about DC's parallel worlds and their super-heroic inhabitants. Meet the Agents of W.O.N.D.E.R. The Light Brigade, the Super-Americans and the Love Syndicate! Meet the Accelerated Man, Aquaflash, BiOmac and more!
If you read the above solicitation closely, you couldn't miss that Dan Jurgens is credited on the book. That's no guarantee that we'll get Booster Gold, but given the events of Booster Gold: Futures End, it seems likely at least one Booster will be included in this 80-page giant.
You can find more information and the full slate of DC's January solicitations (including the news that Fire and Ice will be coming to Justice League 3000) at ComicBookResources.com.

Stop Toying with Our Emotions!
Some of you might have seen this over the weekend at Examiner.com:
According to a Twitter post made by Latino-Review's Umberto Gonzalez on Saturday, he got some news from the the "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" set that Booster Gold and Blue Beetle was spotted on location. The Grip Department confirms this and Craft Services made the report.
Blue and Gold in Batman v. Superman? That sounds great, right? Don't get too excited; the source reported for the article later claimed he was only joking. Think of it as an April Fools' Day prank in mid-October.
Bros, the BLUE BEETLE & BOOSTER GOLD tweet was a joke! Sarcasm yo! lol
— Umberto Gonzalez (@elmayimbe) October 18, 2014
(Russ Burlingame expands on how tweeting a false "breaking" news story can be considered a "joke" at ComicBook.com. Burlingame would never do such a thing, would you, Russ?)
Of course, that doesn't mean that Blue and Gold won't be in BvS:DoJ. It just means that we don't have any proof yet. We'll find out for sure when the movie hits theaters in 2016.
