Wrapping It Up
Today's post is going to be old news for a lot of you, but after my rant yesterday, I felt compelled to run this today.
Via Twitter, Norm Rapmund has provided a critical clue about the "BG" art Dan Jurgens teased last week:
Dan Jurgens and Norm Rapmund working together again is great news, but it's not unexpected. When DC released the April solicitation for Booster Gold/The Flintstones Annual #1 back in December, the solicitation included this line:
Variant cover by DAN JURGENS and NORM RAPMUND
So although neither Jurgens nor Rapmund told us why they're collaborating on a cover featuring Booster Gold, I think we can put two and two together.
Booster Gold/The Flintstones Annual #1 will go on sale on March 29 with a $4.99 cover price. The standard cover is by Mike Allred and will also feature Booster Gold, so bring $10!
Thanks to bennibeard for linking to Rapmund's tweet in the Boosterrific Forum.

Keeping It Cool
On Monday, Black Nerd Problems tweeted this awesomely ridiculous pin-up:
The image was created by Our Lady of the Shadows, a tumblr generally devoted to DC Comics' Phantom Lady! Awww yeah.

Houskeeping
Now that the holidays are past us, I finally had time to update the Boosterrific database to include those pesky Convergence collections. More importantly, I also included a Booster Gold appearance I had missed in 2007:
That panel is from Action Comics #848 (and was reprinted in Superman: Redemption).
Booster booster Logan spotted it over the holidays and let me know that it wasn't indexed here. So everyone thank Logan for making Boosterrific.com better than ever heading into 2016!

What We Learned from NYCC 2015
Not a lot of Booster Gold news out of New York Comic Con this year. Is there really a Booster Gold movie in the works? Warner Brothers still isn't talking.
But while Warner remains silent, late-night comedian and writer Seth Meyers wasn't so shy. He held a panel at NYCC which Brett White covered for Spinoff Online.
"When I read comics, I loved teams. I loved X-Men and Justice League for that reason. Superman on his own is less interesting than Superman with Batman." [Moderator Jesse David] Fox then asked Meyers about his favorite X-Men and Justice League teams; Meyers called out the Blue Beetle/Booster Gold "Justice League" run and Joss Whedon's "Astonishing X-Men."
With fans like Nathan Fillion and Seth Meyers, how can we not get a Booster Gold movie in the works? (Thanks, Seth. We think that your show is pretty good, too.)
