Booster Gold and Skeets are the second and third characters introduced in Barry Allen's retelling of the history of the post-Crisis on Infinite Earths DC Universe. (The first character is Wally West, so Barry is likely biased in his telling.) Booster's story can be read in Booster Gold Volume 1.
