Boosterrific Review: I begin to doubt that it is possible for Kurt Busiek to tell a bad story. There is little in this issue that is innovative, but the history of an unknown player in a forgotten corner of the DC Universe is interesting enough when spun by a student of DC history like Busiek.
Boosterrific Rating: Worth Its Weight In Gold.
