I'm trying something a little new today. I'm expecting DC's January 2026 solicitations to be released today, so I'm going to go ahead and post this as a placeholder that I'll replace with any news we get about upcoming Booster Gold projects. So stay tuned for updates.

UPDATE: Yep, the solicitations for January came out on schedule, but no sign of Booster Gold anywhere. Given the current state of things, maybe that's for the best.

It's 9:28 PM on Sunday night, and I'm sitting at my computer struggling to find something I judge to be worthwhile to post in the Boosterrific Blog. This has become a regular occurrence as of late, and I'm tired of it.

Given that DC Comics has banished Booster Gold to an alternate dimension thereby minimizing any chance we'll be seeing our hero in any new comic books for the foreseeable future, compounded by the fact that I'm tired of sorting through a constant churn of unfounded casting rumors for a currently non-existent television show to find genuine Booster Gold "news," I have come to the decision to stop posting three-times-a-week to this blog, at least until such time as Booster Gold returns to comics (or, I suppose, television).

To be clear, I am not abandoning the site. I plan to continue to post something at least once a week, probably on Wednesdays or Fridays (because most news breaks on weekdays). And if I see Booster Gold news that I think is genuinely worth drawing attention to, like new merchandise or commissioned art, I will definitely make additional posts. But it might be some time before I have three posts in a week again.
