Three Weeks into Rebirth
DC's Rebirth seems to be generating a wide range or reaction from fans. I hear a lot of positive about it online, and the owner of my Local Comic Shop says sales have been great. However, he is quick to point out that Convergence sales started out great, too, before nose-diving once fans realized that the event was all gimmick with negligible impact on continuity.
Conversations with readers at my LCS indicate that while they are buying the books, they aren't excited by what they see as the latest in a string of events that promise big changes but leave everyone dissatisfied. Does that sound like an accurate representation of your feelings towards this latest event?
This week's poll question: How satisfied are you with Rebirth so far? Please visit the Boosterrific Polls page to view results for this week's poll.

Ghosts of Costumes Past
I'm going to assume that those of you who voted "no preference" did so because you love Booster Gold in anything he wears.
Last week's poll question: Do you prefer Booster Gold's costume with or without the high collar? (69 votes)
For the record, Booster has appeared more often with a collar than without, an impressive feat considering that his first non-metallic collar-less costume appeared in 1997 (though that costume with its asymmetrical star placement was not the one most of you thought of when I asked you to vote).
The gap is still so large that it would take a collarless Booster Gold (New 52 costume or otherwise) about three years of continuous monthly appearances to make up the difference.
I'm not excited that DC seems determined to not publish Booster Gold comics, but at least so long as they do, the high collar will continue to reign supreme.

Freedom of Speech
In Wednesday's comments, Michael said he was not a fan of Booster Gold's classic high collar. That's the great thing about America: we're all entitled to our opinions, even when they're wrong.
But maybe you agree with Michael and think that I'm the nutcase. It's been a long time since I gave you a poll, so let's put this to a vote using the slightly improved Boosterrific poll system!

Boosterrific Poll Going on Vacation
I'd even read Secret Wars if it crossed over with Booster Gold.
Last week's poll question: Which inter-company crossover would you be most likely to buy? (47 votes)
No new question today, as the Boosterrific.com Poll is going on hiatus. After recovering a near-disastrous error with the poll database last month, I've begun re-evaluating how I'm handling the poll. Stay tuned for updates.

Crossing Over
Last week I asked you to vote at ComicsAlliance.com when I discovered they were polling for characters who needed solo books. We're still waiting to see how that turned out. Meanwhile, this is the question I was going to ask last week before I saw that poll.
