Bwa-Ha-Ha Again
This image isn't new (creator Kris Smith posted it on DeviantArt back in 2009), but that doesn't make it any less Boosterrific.
Who wouldn't want to watch a cartoon show about this odd couple?

Boostin' Yo Spirits
Let's end the week the way we began it: with cool sketches of Booster Gold.
Matthew Humprheys is a professional animation storyboard artist, and it shows in his character sketches of the classic Booster Gold. The man is proliffic, and you can find much, much more artwork, including a similar sketch sheet of Blue Beetle in action, at matthewrhumphreys.DeviantArt.com.

Slipping Through the Cracks
I hadn't meant to make this a week of fan art, but when preparing yesterday's pic, I found this one that I had prepared but never posted. Today, I'll correct that oversight.
My apologies to artist More979 of Uruguay. This was, I think, among the earliest fan art pieces I found of Booster in his New 52 costume. I think this drawing does a fine job of (unintentionally) demonstrating how bad an idea those extra gold bands on the upper arms and neck are. In More979's loose, cartoon style, the bands read as tiger stripes, not technology. Obviously, that's something I blame on Booster's New 52 costume design, not More979.
You can find more of More979's super-hero sketches on DeviantArt.com.

Take My Sidekick. Please
If you were even halfway paying attention, you might have heard the "big news" regarding a particular sidekick that the New York Post broke yesterday. (If you haven't, you're the lucky one, then.) The important side effect of this news is that now the DCnU now has an opening for our favorite sidekick, Skeets!
To celebrate this great news, create your own Skeets papercraft model!
Go to CyberDrone's Deviant Art page to download a full-size template, print it out, cut it up, and fold your own Skeets paper model. Once you've done that, rest easy knowing that DC can never take it away from you.

Boost of Gold
Pay attention all of you who don't love Booster Gold's original high collar. Even if it isn't high fashion, Booster Gold always makes it look good!
Australia's Jeffery "CHAMBA" Cruz knows who's bringing the sexy back. You can find more of Cruz's animation-inspired art under his pen name, theChamba, over at DeviantArt.com.
