One scenario that I think is somewhat likely would be that since it is to expected that the JLI will be active around the world, that whatever country they are currently in send an "advisior/liason" to work with the team (unless the country is already represented of course)

It also looks like they filled in the forehead blue, when it originally was revealing Booster's bare skin. Coloring mistake? Or is it a late correction to the costume?

probably a late correction. They rushed all this retcon/relaunch too much, they've been correcting details along the way since then.<br />See "Wonder Woman's pants" last minute fix!

I think this is Jim Lee's version that Aaron is just copying. This is the DCnu they don't worry about things like rings that are the reason that Booster can actually fly. I'm wondering how many of these intricate costume details will stick around when other artists start drawing the "nu" characters.

as mentioned in the forum...I am worried that this might mean that Booster lost all his Future Tech. It would explain why he needs a new costume and if the Future Tech from Legion Lost does not work anymore, why should Booster's?

I think most artists just forget to draw it. Since Jurgens is writing there's a good chance his origins are still intact.

Conspiracy, obviously!<br /><br />Well, this art isn't really awful. But the new Jim Lee-esque costume are so messy.. Rocket Red is generic (more like a "Mandalorian" am I right or am I right?), Vixen is..decent actually, but the others on the above pic...gah..<br />Booster's got such a busy design, it's the 90s all over again! (at least he's not in his robotic suit..we barely escaped that I feel..)<br /><br />@Shawn: I'm guessing after one or two change of artists, the designs will start to evolve and be adapted to each story, not following the stric pattern they forced for this September relaunch..

Michael Jon and I had a discussion just the other day, and he said not to worry because in the future all the DCnU books will be in the bargain bin boxes at comic conventions.<br /><br />OK, now that I probably angered some of you (sorry if I did), the way I see it is that the DCnU likely changes the whole origin of Booster. In fact he may not be from the future at all. However, I do foresee this as a temporary thing we will have to endure until continuity is set back in line. I just don't know how long we will have to wait, though.
