All Hail Hale
After I asked last Monday about what your Booster Gold shrines looked like, Aaron Hale got in touch with me via Facebook. His office is like a museum for Booster Gold original art!
Check out these pics of some of his framed pieces. (Click any for a larger image.)
Dan Jurgens splash page from Booster Gold #10
Mark Waid and JG Jones signed issue and cover art from 52 Week 15
Marc Campos art from Justice League America #90
Aaron Lopresti signed cover art (with corrections) from Justice League International #1
Kevin Maguire commissions with Justice League International #8
Wow.
Just wow.
Aaron, I bow down to you. Thanks so much for sharing.

Ever-Loving Gold-Eyed Thing
The king of Booster Gold journalism, Russ Burlingame, recently changed his Twitter profile picture from his face to something more Boosterrific. When I asked him about it, he was kind enough to direct me to the original. Behold this Thing!
This Joel Carroll drawing of Benjamin Grimm and H.E.R.B.I.E. (both of Fantastic Four fame) cosplaying as Booster Gold and Skeets — complete with Kirby Krackleâ„¢! — was a commission for Burlingame from his friend.
What else can I say? Russ has some great friends!

Pub Crawlers
Matthew Cain recently acquired this commission from artist Jeremey Treece (of "I'm So Goth" web comics and JeremeyTreece.com):
Some great details were definitely lost when I shrank the original scan down for inclusion here, so I recommend you visit ComicArtFans.com to see it embiggened. So much fun!

A Man For All Seasons
The Blot's Booster Gold sketchbook grew by one at Houston's Comicpalooza last weekend. Check out this commission from Kevin Maguire:
Booster looks so serious. No doubt, he's just as frustrated by his prolonged absence from comic books as we are.
Here's a Maguire Booster sketch from happier times:
Obviously, Booster's happier in the high collar. Aren't we all?
This second commission comes from Matt Santori, who shared his commissioned sketch on Twitter in 2013. It's four years old and still looking Boosterrific!

Blue and Gold and Blue
Over the weekend, I spotted a pretty cool drawing of Booster Gold and Blue Beetle by Joe Rubenstein. Before I could post it today, the owner sold it and removed it from the site. Drat! That's two consecutive posts ruined by takedowns! The Internet giveth, and the Internet taketh away.
Therefore, I offer instead for your viewing pleasure this sketch cover of Booster Gold and Blue Beetle and Blue Devil by Paris Cullins!
As you can see, that's not Booster's normal costume. But then, Booster is the only character of the three that Paris Cullins didn't draw for DC in the 1980s, so I think we can forgive him.
You can see a larger picture in Arthur Chertowsky's gallery at Comic Art Fans.
