Justice League International Volume 5, collecting Justice League International Annual #2 and #3 plus early issues of the JLE, is scheduled for release today. There's definitely some Booster Gold in that. And I'm not making any promises, but it seems very likely that Booster will at least get a mention in Power Girl #20, the events of which take place between Justice League: Generation Lost issues #16 and #17.
And if that's not enough to tide you over until the next Booster Gold release, be aware that I've combined and updated the house advertisements/psa page to try to make them more user friendly. The ads are now easier to find, presented on one page for your browsing enjoyment. Boosterrific.com is always working to serve you better!

Heh. I think it's called JUSTICE LEAGUE AMERICA ANNUAL #4.

according to Newsarama and DC, Time Masters is apparently back on schedule for this week.
I have to go to get the Green Arrow issue I missed, so if it is out I will let everyone know on the boards.

Do you mean, like, "this week" today? The store I was in earlier today didn't have it, and it is not on Diamond's ship list for this week (1/19) or next week (1/26). Diamond is the absolute authority on what ships, so I trust their list. DC still has the book scheduled to ship 2/2. If you do find a copy of TIME MASTERS: VANISHING POINT #6, please do let us know.

Will do. Its possible that Newsarama was going by the old schedule...
But it is interesting that they had the preview up for it now...adds more to the idea that it isn't because of Dan that the series is being delayed, but the editors

I also suspect TM#6 was ready on time. Jurgens has never been prone to the chronic delays that plague other artists. To be fair, I have heard that drawing/inking/coloring the Flash can be a demanding chore because of the Speed Force effects.

I'm just guessing here, but I'm thinking that the delays in TIME MASTERS are not about Jurgens, Hi-Fi or anything else. I think it's all about Johns, Reverse Flash and Flashpoint. Delaying releases until they can complement what's already out from the Maestro.

According to the latest DC solicitations at dccomics.com, the first collection of Justice League: Generation Lost will be released in February. The collected hardback will reportedly collect the first 12 issues, an usual number given that DC originally scheduled the series for 26 issues. Has the series plan been shortened to 24 issues?
The collection is advertised at 320 pages, and the first 12 issues have only 24 pages each, counting both covers for each issue. That leaves 32 pages of mystery bonus content if the book is really only collecting 12 issues or is actually 320 pages long. Most likely, the initial solicitation is wrong or incomplete. I guess we'll see what the real story is in February.

I am sorry to post this here, but I wasn't sure where else it should go. In the latest poll you have here, I would like to point out, Booster's already met DaVinci, his sister was the inspiration for the Mona Lisa. Though, the poll may be who we'd like to see him meet, I just kinda took it as meaning someone he hasn't met. I'm sorry if the intention was to include others he's met :P Also sorry for posting it here....
Side note: I should go spend my college loan on buying this! :D lol

Judd mentioned that issue #24 is the big finale here: http://www.newsarama.com/comics/judd-winick-generation-lost-halfway-101117.html which kinda sucks cause I thought it would be 26 issues as well

@Cnd: When I compiled this week's poll, I was thinking more along the lines of a team-up. But you are right, though Booster's interaction with DaVinci was limited to essentially a cameo, that certainly meets the terms of the question, doesn't it. So I removed him from the poll. (Maybe I was just testing to see if anyone was paying attention? No? Ok.)
@Shawn: Thanks for pointing that out. I had been looking for an announcement from DC, but if the news came from Winick, I'll believe him.

Well, I'd rather they wrap a story up 2 issues early, if it will serve the story well, then extend it by two issues just to make a buck.
My hope is the extra 32 pages will be filled with bonuses, including Cut scenes, rejected character designs, creator comments, so on and so forth.

DC Comics publishes Booster Gold: Day of Death, volume 4 of the collected trades of the second series of Booster Gold. In addition to Booster Gold #20-25, this trade is set to also contain The Brave and the Bold #23. If you didn't catch these issues the first time around, pick 'em up now for $14.99: that's $10.94 less than the cover price of the individual issues!

DC is scheduled to release the softcover trade collection of Justice League International issues 23 through 30 today. If you don't already have these, now's a pretty good time to pick 'em up, especially seeing as how they include the first solo Blue and Gold story (JLI #25).

I recently dug out my comic books from my teen years and skimmed through them. I realized that JLI 25 was probably most responsible for my fondness of the Blue and Gold. It has flaws (as pointed out by reviews on this site) in the art and execution... but for this teenager, the tale served to really humanize the two characters. They came across as real people living in the world of gods. Combined with their previous antics and history, this issue brings me twenty years later to this website.

consider this one already sold and on its way to my house, I love rereading JLI stuff, and the trades make it so much easier to read at one time without digging through my comics to find single issues
Boosterrific [Official Comment] posted on Mar. 4, 2010 at 4:26 AM
You will probably not be surprised to hear that I've got all the JLI issues (International, America, Europe, Quarterly, Specials) in one convenient long box not far from arms' reach. I know that I'm biased, but even the worst of them is better than the current angst-ridden JLoA run.
tiggerpete posted on Mar. 4, 2010 at 9:13 AM
I haven't read all of the JLI era books, but I will agree that the JLA recently has been on a down note since Meltzer left, and if Cry for Justice is any indication, the future doesn't look very bright, but hey, there is always Generation Lost to look forward to.
