Fighting the Future
Oh, Trixie Collins. Booster Gold wasn't good enough for you!
Last week's poll question: Who makes the best love interest for Booster Gold? (52 votes)
Yesterday we heard that Rip Hunter won't be part of September's Booster Gold: Futures End. Rip Hunter played no part in other big time-travel events, such as Armageddon 2001, Zero Hour, or Flashpoint. Should Futures End be any different?

Someone to Love
Be careful, ladies. Booster Gold is a heart-breaker!
Last week's poll question: Which reality television show would be the best showcase for the talents of Booster Gold? (47 votes)
DC Entertainment recently sent me a survey asking what I thought about romance in comics, as in, "do you want to read about your heroes having love interests?" My answer was "yes"! (Without love, what are heroes fighting for? Market share?) What would your answer be?

Brovember Is Never Over
For the month of November, EvilGeeks.com spotlighted famous bromances in pop culture. They saved the best until nearly last, featuring Blue Beetle and Booster Gold on November 29.
Ted Kord was a timid genius and Jon Carter a boorish blowhard, but that didn't stop them from bonding on and off the job.
Personally, I wouldn't describe Booster as a "boorish blowhard," but I suspect that's largely a case of semantics. In any event, it's good to see the Blue and Gold highlighted alongside other famous bromances, like Woody and Buzz Lightyear, C3P0 and R2D2, and Holmes and Watson. That's some good company!
