I do have one question. How can pre52 booster be working for Argnus, when they werent in pre-52?

I can only presume that either Argus was always part of pre52 but not documented, or that they have a larger mandate than we know and are active in the multiverse.

Or maybe Booster started Argus?

Regardless, I'm glad to see that our Booster is still active. :)

Strictly speaking, I don't think any of the Boosters we see in this issue (And I should point out that there might be 3 of them) are pre-NEW 52 versions of Booster Gold. (And none of them appear to be the man we saw in ALL-STAR WESTERN.) Other than the ARGUS Armor, I think Michelle's comment about Booster's appearance is a telling clue. (And, of course, the fact that the FUTURES END story takes place in the future.)

I was just really happy that we got to see Booster again. It was exciting to see Michelle and details about Rip being mentioned.

Yes, and not only did we see him, we saw him in a book that was fairly entertaining. I hope we'll see him again before the Blue and Gold issue in December, and I suspect that issue will be awesome.
