When DC updated their solicitations for February last week, I noticed that they pushed back the release of Time Masters: Vanishing Point #5 by a full month. Is this a sign that the book is off schedule? Or is this an editorial move to help the series conclusion tie more closely with the start of the upcoming "Flashpoint" story? In either case, that's one more month you have to wait to find out what the Time Stealers are up to with the Linear Men.

that sucks, TM has been the closest of any Booster related books to being like the Johns run of BG, but if it is to tie in to Flashpoint, I'll let it slide, that event sounds like it'll be pretty fun

Is there any info if Booster (and/or Rip) will be involed in Flashpoint?

Dan Jurgens has been quoted that VANISHING POINT will help set up FLASHPOINT, but I haven't yet read any confirmation that Booster or Rip will play a major role in that story. At this point, very little definite has been said about FLASHPOINT.

I think TM might be late because the scripts for TROBW were late. At least that's what I read one of the artist saying. Of course if something had to be changed because of something Morrison wrote then I could see this happening too.
On Booster and/or Rip being involved in Flashpoint: When Flash fans brought up the temporal inconsistencies caused by Zoom they asked Geoff Johns on the forums of Comicbloc if this was going to relate to BG. Johns confirmed this saying that Booster would be involved in a big way with Flash. (This was before Flashpoint was announced.) I recall Jurgens saying that he was encouraged to reveal more about Rips' character in TM which he said was one of the 3 reasons for it being done (the two tie ins being the other reasons) so I suspect Rip will play a role.

Thanks for that info, Erin. That makes sense, especially because B:TROBW #6 reveals the grown Time Sphere as a plot element that is missing so far through 4 issues of TIME MASTERS that must take place during the action of B:TROBW #6.
Johns has said many times that the paths of Flash and Booster Gold would again cross, but we were also promised that Booster Gold would play a role in FINAL CRISIS. In other words: I'll believe it when I see it.

I am pretty new to comics, but in regard of Booster missing Final Crisis, I kind of have the feeling that Grant is not a big fan of the Character (in contrast to Johns of course).
Hence I don't really expect Booster to play a large part in Multiveristy, despite him being a locial part in any story that focus on the Multiverse imho.
