POWER DOWN: Wally West explains that the reason that Booster's powers were malfunctioning in issue #1 was because he disabled them. Specifically, he disabled the shield in order to steal Booster's access to time travel. (Tom King appears to have forgotten that in the story he wrote that justified Booster Gold's being sent to Sanctuary, Batman #47, Booster needed Skeets to travel through time.)
Boosterrific Review: It's not the crime; it's the cover up. Tom King continues to write unfamiliar characters using familiar names. At this point, I just want this series to be over.
Boosterrific Rating: Tarnished.
