EXTRA, EXTRA: Booster Gold appears on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine alongside Blue Beetle, Captain Atom, and Mister Miracle. The heroes of the Justice League International appear to be promoting the story "Super-Heroes for Africa." This is no doubt an allusion to USA for Africa, the collection of artists who recorded "We Are The World" in support of relief for an Ethiopian famine in 1985. (Blue Beetle is seen in another panel alongside Stevie Wonder, and Captain Atom cradles a small child in his arms.) This is Booster Gold's only appearance in this issue.
