ANNOTATIONS

Page 18, panel 2
FASHION ALERT: "Week 51, Day 7." Booster Gold and Rip Hunter return to T.O. Morrow's Rocky Mountain laboratory to save Morrow from Skeets II, who seeks that head of Red Tornado. Booster Gold's costume, for the last time, is shown to include advertising patches. In future appearances, Booster's costume will have reverted to the clean look seen when the Mark I.v2 costume debuted in Infinite Crisis #2.

Page 20, panel 4
Booster enters Rip Hunter's latest Time Bubble as the pair travel "back to where it all started." Throughout Booster's history in the DC Universe, it has long been held that no human could survive travel through time via the same means more than once due to overwhelming stress on the body. Since Booster and Hunter certainly arrived in Morrow's laboratory via the Time Bubble, either Rip Hunter has devised a means to constantly modify his method of travel so that each trip occurs through different means, or that restriction on time travel is no longer relevant in the post-Infinite Crisis DC Universe.

REVIEWS

Boosterrific Review: In this penultimate chapter of 52, World War III is over and the world (worlds?) can relax again. Or so everyone thinks. At long last the secret of evil Skeets is revealed (in the final pages of this issue, unsettling the blissful denouement that occupies the first two-thirds of the book in much the same way as a final surprise attack lurks at the end of most horror movies).
