Page 2, panel 1
Booster Gold, Martian Manhunter, Mary Marvel, and Superboy stand in the barn on the Kent farm in Smallville and stare down through the torn floorboards to the empty spot where the Kryptonian rocket that brought baby Kal-El to Earth should be. If this panel looks familiar, that's because it is almost exactly the same panel as the last page of Action Comics #1097.
Page 2, panel 4
Booster says they "damaged Epoch's time circuits in the fight." The heroes fought Epoch twice in the previous issue, and in neither battle was it clear that the heroes had so much as scratched Epoch's armor, much less that they had cost him the ability to travel through time. Did this damage happen off panel or before they all arrived in the past in Action Comics #1096?
Page 14, panel 4
Booster appears to be using pliers, a 6-volt battery, a voltmeter, a soldering iron, and a stainless steel colander to turn a Kryptonian crystal into something of an electromagnetic compass pointing the direction to the stolen Kryptonian rocket. Pretty good for a guy who got kicked out of college.
