Page 3, panel 6
Booster Gold is among the many heroes assembled to aid the Justice League of America in freeing the city of Washington, D.C., from being trapped inside a giant dome created by Jade (as seen in Justice League of America, Volume 2, #51). Pictured alongside Booster are Blue Beetle, Captain Atom, Captain Marvel, Doctor Fate, Doctor Light, Green Lantern I, Mister Miracle II, Power Girl, Red Tornado, Superboy, and Wonder Girl. As seen in issues of Justice League of America, there are many, many other heroes at the scene, though none others are pictured here. Despite this being Starman and Congorilla's title, Booster Gold does not meet the pair in this issue as Booster does not appear elsewhere in this issue.
Boosterrific Review: I was very surprised how much I enjoyed this issue. The story is probably too immersed in obscure DC continuity for a wide audience, but the characterization is fantastic and the art is as enjoyably detailed as the story is convoluted. A fun read for this DC-continuity fan.
Boosterrific Rating: Worth Its Weight In Gold.
