Time Masters > Time Lords
CaptainHeq dropped by the Boosterrific Forum last week to confirm something that Booster Gold fans already knew: Booster Gold is the best!
Booster beat Doctor Who in the championship bracket of the radiobastard.com podcast Time Challenge tournament of time travelers. Says CaptainHeq:
Booster won by just a handful of votes, so I think you here can take credit for that.
Don't think we won't! Booster Gold fans are the best fans!

Like Son Like Father
No matter what you think about how your father raised you, you can at least be comforted by the fact that you didn't travel back in time to teach him everything he knew about parenting. That would be weird.
Time Masters: Vanishing Point #6
Sunday is Father's Day, so be sure to spend time with your dad, whatever your family business is.

Celebrating Our Hero
It looks like most of you aren't too upset that Booster Gold: Futures End won't feature the further adventures of Rani.
Last week's poll question: How do you feel about the focus being on Booster Gold in his FUTURES END one-shot? (57 votes)
Some of us run websites, some of us draw pictures. How do you express your affinity for Booster Gold?

Her Favorite Hero Is Booster Gold
This past weekend, blogger Elyse of Cuddly As A Cactus explained why Booster Gold is her favorite super hero. (The girl's got good taste.) She has several reasons, not the least of which is the fact that our hero has that rarest of assets in modern comics: a sense of humor.
You may think it's a recent fad, but the trend towards the grim and gritty and serious within comics is nothing new. In an era of over-manliness (lookin' at you, late 80's and early 90's), Booster was different! It's a character that dared to kinda silly. He's always getting himself in trouble and getting into shenanigans. That's the kind of stuff that I'm interested in!
I'm sure she's not the only one who feels that way. You can read her other reasons (and spot check her recommended reading list) at cuddlyasacactus.wordpress.com.

Pointing Fingers
Bryan Q. Miller is clearly a big Booster Gold fan. He keeps squeezing references to Booster into his issues of Smallville: Season 11. Take, for instance, this panel from last week's digital release of Smallville: Chaos #1.
Smallville: Chaos #1. Writer: Bryan Q. Miller, Pencils: Agustin Padilla, Inks: Jose Aviles, Colors: Carrie Strachan
That's Smallville's versions of Ted Kord on the left and Michael Holt on the right. You might better know them by their DCU noms de guerre of Blue Beetle and Mister Terrific, respectively. (By the way, that's Lois Lane asking the question. I hope I don't have to explain who she is.)
If you want your own copy of this comic, you can find it online at Comixology.com for 99¢. Or you can pick up a printed version in your Local Comic Shop this August.
