Nothing to See Here
No, DC Comics isn't publishing anything including Booster Gold today. Based on solicitations for October released earlier this week, we won't be seeing Booster Gold at all in October, either. Solicitations tease that there will be "many other heroes and villains from the DC Universe" in Animal Man #13, but that's none to encouraging for those of us already in Booster Gold withdrawal.
In the meantime, we'll take what we can get. The above photo of Guy Gardner, Booster Gold, and Blue Beetle cosplayers, taken at the 2011 New York Comic Con by Kendall Whitehouse, proves that so long as Booster Gold has fans, we'll be seeing him somewhere. Perhaps even at this week's Comic-Con International 2012, hmm?

A Very Distinctive Dunny
Back in July, I discovered a Booster Gold customized vinyl figure called a Mighty Mugg. Turns out that a Mighty Mugg is only one type of customizable vinyl figure. Apparently, there are similar figures called Dunnys. They are like Mighty Muggs, but with ears.
The above 3" Blue and Gold figures above were customized by an artist named Nikejerk. There's much more information about the pair of figures in Nikejerk's Flickr.com account. It is beginning to look like wherever there are customizable vinyl figures, someone is making a Booster Gold figure. That's a thought guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Countdown to Comic-Con 2011: Go!
The 2011 Comic-Con International is now in full swing. This afternoon's DC "Justice League" panel -- including Dan Jurgens -- is only one example of DC's many scheduled panels. Boosterrific.com wishes all the attendees the best of times.
If this duo from last year's Comic-Con is any indication, a good time will be had by all. Except, maybe, for any Martians whose favorite cookies have suddenly gone missing.

Countdown to Comic-Con 2011: 0
Many people dress as Booster Gold, but few appear as Goldstar. Fortunately there are a brave, dedicated few.
This duo was snapped at the Emerald City Comic Con in March 2011. With a SunDollers coffee in hand, Booster looks ready to face a day full of evil-doers.

Countdown to Comic-Con 2011: 3
The 2011 San Diego Comic-Con International kicks off this Thursday night. To get everyone in the mood as we count down the days to Friday's "Justice League" panel (which will hopefully contain some real news about the upcoming Justice League International series), let's take a look at some Booster Gold costumes that have appeared in just the last year.
What better way to start the week than with one of the latest fantastic fashions by Gina of Uncanny Adventures in Comic Costume Creations. This costume was worn to Wizard World Philadelphia 2011. It's hard to see in the above picture, but the star on that costume glows! (Follow the previous link to Gina's site for more details.)
We've met Gina before: she's responsible for that great costume featured here in the Boosterrific Blog back on January 20. Booster Gold is lucky to have such a fan.
