In a symbolic flashback to the Superman "Funeral for a Friend" storyline, Booster Gold is pictured alongside, from left to right, Green Lantern II, Flash II, Wonder Woman, Maxima, Captain Marvel, and the Guardian II. Booster is erroneously depicted without his collar, a design change that wouldn't become the norm for another decade.
