When Wally West looks into the past using the Doctor Manhattan-empowered Mobius Chair, he sees various eras of the history of the DC Universe, some of which have been altered by an outside force. Booster Gold is pictured in his original costume behind Superman, who is wearing his black Recovery Suit. Superman wore his Recovery Suit after he was "resurrected," and Booster Gold's original costume was destroyed before Superman died. Therefore, this scene is either 1) an artistic representation of the events of an era rather than a depiction of any specific event, or 2) an indication that the events surrounding the death and return of Superman have been changed.
