While Lady Chronos is beguiling the third Atom, she is interrupted by a message from her future self warning her about an attack by Booster Gold. Rather cryptic, this message seems to indicate that Booster Gold was sent by Chronos to meddle with the history of the Atom's life in order to damage Lady Chronos' plans. (Ok, maybe cryptic was an understatement.) However, before Lady Chronos can taker her own (future) advice and kill the Atom...

Page 16, panel 6
Though Booster refuses to reveal to Atom how or why he arrived in the nick of time to save him, he does appear to know Atom's name. He also asks Atom "never to tell anyone you saw me," as Booster is taking his current role as behind-the-scenes time cop very seriously.
Boosterrific Review: A reader could hope for more from the penultimate issue of a series. The plot is confusing; the hero, unheroic. Reading this issue, it is not nearly as hard to understand why this series is soon to be canceled as it is to figure out what is going on.
Boosterrific Rating: Gold Standard.
