Page 14, panel 1
Booster Gold stands among several other Justice League members at the funeral for Mister Miracle. Others shown in attendance are Aquaman, Batman, Big Barda, Blue Beetle II, Cyborg, Dr. Fate II, Ed Ferbel, Fire, G'Nort, Green Arrow, Green Lantern II, Guy Gardner, Gypsy, Ice, Kilowog, Martian Manhunter, Maxwell Lord, Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, Superman, and Wonder Woman. This is the same funeral as presented in more detail in Justice League America #40. This is Booster's only appearance in this issue.
Boosterrific Review: The series picks up a little speed, sacrificing a little humor in exchange for character development and action, as Scott Free crosses paths with the Female Furies. This issue also features the funeral of Mister Miracle, which carries less emotional impact than one might imagine, but only because the characters seem as aware that it was only an imposter as the readers do. Just a suggestion, but when the repercussions of the funeral of your titular character are felt in other series, you just may be doing something wrong.
Boosterrific Rating: Gold Standard.
