Issue Notes: This issue is an anthology of ten stories celebrating some of the Black characters and creators working in the DC Universe. Booster Gold appears only in a one-panel flashback as part of a retelling of the origin of his former Justice League International teammate Bloodwynd.

Booster Gold is seen in a flashback to the fight between the Justice League and the Weapons Master as seen in Justice League America #61, the first appearance of Bloodwynd. Like Booster, Bloodwynd was originally created, written, and drawn by Dan Jurgens. This is Booster's only appearance in this issue. (Although Booster also played a role in the first telling of Bloodwynd's origin in Justice League America #76 and 77, he is not seen in this story's flashback to those events.)
