WTF, It's Booster Gold

Last week, there was some debate about whether the character teased in DC Comics Presents #19 was going to be Booster Gold. The case against it looked pretty clear, as the results of the poll suggest.

Last week's poll question: Will the time-displaced hero in DC PRESENTS #19 be Booster Gold? (43 votes)

But yesterday, Buzzfeed.com released a list of teases about DC's April solicitations. First and foremost was news about our hero.

Booster Gold reappears while an entire team disappears

Whoo-hoo! Now we need to know where. Could we have been wrong about DC Comics Presents? Over at ComicBook.com, Russ Burlingame suggests Justice League Dark or Stormwatch. Months back, we were told that we'd see Booster in Justice League of America, although we could certainly see him first in Justice League. Is that Booster's force field on the cover of Vibe? Might the disappearing team referenced in the tease be Suicide Squad, who all look dead on their cover?

So many options! We need more clues! Where's Rip Hunter's chalkboard when you need it?

Where do you think we should start looking? How about I give you the option of voting for up to 3 titles that DC solicited for April, and we'll narrow down the search from those that get votes.

I am voting All-Star Western. The yellow gloved hand could be Booster's, and the description is "What type of gold means certain death for Jonah Hex?". Lets hope they solve their differences with another drinking contest.

Looks like this weeks poll question took a lot of work putting together. hmmm, where in the 52 IS Booster?, they should make a game out of that.

Great guess MW, after looking the solicits over again, I agree. A very unusual place for his reappearance, but it all fits.

Hey, Grimmy, if DC is going to put it on the cover of all of their books in April, there isn't a lot of point in my hiding from it here where the cover to that book will eventually be on this site.

For some reason, after making my three picks, it isn't allowing me to vote.

My number one choice, going on the full title of the note is Stormwatch. From what I've read of that book, it seems like a fitting place for the apparent Time Master that Booster's "always been" (according to a certain DC high up). Not to mention the cover and solicitation for Stormwatch, a team disappearing. Should that book be cancelled and replaced, a behind-the-scenes Booster book exploring the past of the Nu52 involving the Carter's seems fitting.

2nd choice is JLA, given that Booster was supposed to appear there eventually anyways.

3rd is AllStar. The Gold in the solicitation and the time period it is in garner this point. Only negatives, that costumed arm isn't the Nu52 Booster's gauntlets, nor can I remember Booster using a gun in his arsenal of technology.

CDN, I agree with your take on Stormwatch, that would be a good idea. Unfortunately DC hasn't been making very many good decisions lately...
