The Boosterrific Forum will be closed until further notice to conserve bandwidth. I'm having problems with leeching from spambots that I will have to solve before it costs me any more money. I'm hoping that since no one has posted in the Forum for over 2 weeks and no Booster Gold comics are being published anymore, this shutdown won't pose too much of a problem for anyone.

For those of you who don't know how the internet works, this website is allotted a fixed data transfer amount per month. This is measured by the amount of data sent between the web server and the computer you are reading this on. Right now, I'm throwing away bandwidth to automated spam scripts that aren't using my data in any positive way. Since the host of Boosterrific.com is monitoring and charging me for that bandwidth usage, I have to find a way to stop or reduce the waste. The Forum will remain shut down until I code an effective solution for the problem (timetable unknown). Sorry.

I can sympathize. I have a forum that houses the campaign world my friends and I have been developing over the last 20 years. The bot problem is so bad, that I had to make it entirely private and by email inite only to particpate. Irritating.

So, off topic, but Booster made a single panel appearance in the Blue Beetle #0. Not sure if anyone even saw it, it's mostly a blip. I can provide you with a page scan if needed.

Thanks, CDN, but if you look further down the homepage under "Recent Booster Gold Appearances," you'll see that I have a link to it. Those links only appear for books I've already added to the database. If you find a new Booster appearance in a DC Comic and there isn't a link there, then you'll know you've got something I don't have yet. (In the case of BB#0, Shawn Baston caught it and brought it to my attention last week.)

Oh, by the way! Ted Kord's monument has been revealed in one of Young Justice episodes(errr...called Satisfaction, I think). Also Jaimi Reyes was talking about how unfair it was for others to have their mentors but for him to not even meet the guy.

Such attitude is somewhat close to pre-flashpoint attitude of Jaimi, and if it's this close to non-NuDC, then Booster Gold just might pop up to give an advice or two, to the new BB. Too bad though, it's probably gonna happen in the Young Justice comics, instead of tv series.

Ah, my apologizes then. Didn't get around to reading BB#0 until tonight and I guess I omitted my scrolling capabilities recently.

It's cool, CDN. I'd much rather you point out an appearance I have than assume I have one I didn't. For example, if anyone actually sees Booster turn up either on YOUNG JUSTICE or in its comic, I'd like to know about it.

I really am working on it, Russ. When I have a solution that I feel will solve the problem, the Forum will return.
