I want to point out that, despite all that has happened, Skeets is the tipping point. It the bird on the car that's balancing on the cliff. No Skeets=the car falling to its death.

Boosterific, you've also forgot to mention that DC screwed over Black Beetle with their new Blue Beetle, where they blatantly revealed the identity of Back Beetle.

It's fate, I don't think Skeets has ever actually appeared in an issue of Justice League. Boosterrific would know better than I, if that's true. Maybe it's just not meant to be, JLI and Skeets, never the twain shall meet :(

Grimmy, I remember Skeets appeared in Justice League when Dan Jurgens was writing it after Giffen and DeMatteis left.

Yes, Skeets made several Justice League appearances, first showing up in JLA 71 (by Dan Jurgens) after Booster lost his first power suit. He was around a few times after that, eventually being a semi-regular character in EXTREME JUSTICE.

By this point, the best way to rectify all this is by bringing back the pre-New 52 DCU. :/
Oh, and they can keep this new Superman around by simply titling it "Ultimate Superman" or something~
